Job Description

Are you an experienced leader in Supply Chain Logistics or Customer Service looking to take on a highimpact role in a dynamic fastgrowing environment

As the Logistics Manager for our warehouse in Madrid you will be responsible for driving operational excellence at our warehouse and distribution center ensuring bestinclass customerfocused endtoend operations. This is your chance to shape the future of logistics working at the intersection of strategy operations and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse & Logistics Leadership: Oversee warehouse operations ensuring seamless coordination and . Optimize inventory management improve service levels and control costs in alignment with budget and forecast.

  • Operational Performance & Excellence: Manage and improve the performance of the warehouse.

  • CustomerCentric Logistics: Foster a customerfirst approach in logistics operations by developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Enhance service levels through optimized distribution storage and replenishment strategies.

  • Process Optimization & Compliance: Standardize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 15001 standards.

  • Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage the logistics budget optimizing cost efficiencies while maintaining service excellence. Ensure effective resource allocation and provide detailed cost justifications for key investments and initiatives.

  • Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and develop a multiteam warehouse workforce. Recruit mentor and engage the team daily.

Your profile:

  • Bachelors or master university degree (prefible in Engineering or Logitics).

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

  • 10 years of experience in operations: logistics or supply chain or customer service.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as people manager.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience applying Lean methodologies in an operational environment.

Travel Percentage: 30
