Job Description

Job Title:

IT Business Operations Specialist

Location:

Block 23

What youll do:

As an IT Specialist youll participate in reviewing current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness. Youll also develop artifacts that accurately and completely describe current state processes practices and/or metrics. As a IT Specialist youll engage with IT Product and Business subject matter experts as needed to capture relevant insights to support your objectives.
  • Work on coordinating and completing analysis within various domains with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively with your manager as well as colleagues complete project status reports and identify/resolve technical problems.
  • Complete assigned artifacts (documents dashboards process flows code reviews) that are accurate with the highest level of quality.
  • Leverage basic understanding of Microsoft Office and Diagramming Software (e.g. Lucid Visio etc. while also demonstrating strong process and data analysis skills.

What youll need:

  • 1 years of related experience.
  • Bachelors degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level process & data analysis skills.
  • Entry level experience in analyst of a specific IT domain (Data Analysts Quality Assurance Analysts Product Owners/Managers Finance Analysts or Business Systems Analysts).
  • Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
