Job Description
Bilingual Business Intern (English/Spanish)

About the Internship:
As a Bilingual Business Intern at Viwinco you will gain valuable experience supporting various business functions including Human Resources and Training. This role will provide exposure to key business processes data management employee engagement and administrative support while utilizing bilingual communication skills to assist both English and Spanishspeaking employees.
Location: 851 Hemlock Road Morgantown PA
Duration: Approximately 10 weeks (May August 2025
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide your own housing.
Internship Responsibilities:
Assist with HR processes such as onboarding employee record management and HRIS data entry.
Support business operations by gathering and analyzing data for reporting and process improvements.
Communicate with employees and applicants to provide bilingual support on company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with departments on training and development initiatives.
Help coordinate and execute company events and engagement activities.
Assist with administrative tasks document organization and workflow improvements.
Provide translation and interpretation support as needed.
Contribute to crossfunctional projects that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Communications Psychology or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problemsolving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
