Job Description
Job Title: Head Captain
Location: Rooftop Bar Hyderabad
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Captain to join our team at our exclusive rooftop bar in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. As the Head Captain you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar managing staff and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bar staff including servers bartenders and support personnel.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all team members addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels ensuring the bar is wellstocked with beverages and supplies.
- Train and mentor new employees fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of events and private functions.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Captain or similar role in a highend bar or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a memorable guest experience.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a important.
