What Youll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop effective individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver highquality therapy services to improve mobility strength and functional independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams families and staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Document services thoroughly and accurately in patient medical records.
- Provide education and training to staff on restorative and maintenance programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Active Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
