Job Description

Are you passionate about driving enterpriselevel digital transformation through cloud technology Join AWS in leading strategic partnerships and digital innovation initiatives with global telecommunications leaders.

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Telco Sales Leader at AWS youll spearhead our strategic relationships with telecommunications industry leaders engaging at Csuite and board level to drive transformational change through cloud adoption and innovative partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive enterprisewide AWS adoption strategies through Clevel and board engagement
Develop and execute joint gotomarket initiatives with key telecommunications partners
Lead strategic partnership development and alliance relationships
Create and implement comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps
Build and nurture executive relationships across customer organizations
Drive revenue growth and strategic AWS adoption within major telecommunications accounts
Orchestrate complex multiyear digital transformation programs

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record of driving largescale digital transformation initiatives using AWS or similar cloud platforms
Extensive experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships and joint gotomarket programs
Demonstrated success in Clevel and boardlevel engagement
Strong history of enterprise technology sales in telecommunications
Experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Deep understanding of cloud transformation journey and AWS adoption frameworks

Demonstrates strategic thinking and business acumen at executive level
Possesses deep understanding of telecommunications industry challenges and cloud opportunities
Shows proven ability to influence and drive change at highest organizational levels

Solid experience in technology related enterprise sales or business development experience.
Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Extensive customer & contact network.
10 years of technology related sales or business development experience.


Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. Meet or exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
Accelerate customer adoption.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting and work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
Develop case studies and manage contract negotiations.
Develop longterm strategic relationships with key accounts.
Expect moderate travel.
