Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for ensuring the highquality production of products using injection molding machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and be adept at operating and maintaining injection molding equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up adjust and operate injection molding machinery ensuring products meet specified quality standards.
- Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular quality checks on products and record findings in the system.
- Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to address issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned supporting various aspects of the production process.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in manufacturing with a preference for experience in injection molding.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
- Proficiency in reading writing and speaking English at a level adequate for the position.
- Competency in entering and utilizing information in computer systems with basic computer literacy.
