Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical
Department/Division: Pediatrics/Neonatology
The Department of Pediatrics Division of Neonatology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine seeks a fulltime faculty member. Candidates will be at the assistant/associate professor level of the clinical educator track. Individuals must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida board certified in Pediatrics board certified/eligible in NeonatalPerinatal Medicine and have demonstrated expertise in clinical care teaching and research. Duties to include providing direct patient care to pediatric patients at the 250bed Holtz Childrens Hospital at Jackson Memorial Medical Center Jackson North Medical Center Jackson South Medical Center and other clinic (including satellite) sites. Inpatient consult coverage and weekend oncall service also included. Additional desirable skills include expertise in quality improvement research and the ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Creole.
