AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant (Female) to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of handling a diverse range of tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
* Organise and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
* Answer and direct phone calls taking messages and handling inquiries.
* Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Coordinate meetings and events including booking venues and catering.
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
