What will you actually be doing
- Drive product features through their entire lifecycle: ideation specification development release analysis and iteration.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to discover and validate feature ideas.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities through data analysis interviews and research.
- Work closely with engineers to guide feature development and .
- Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Analyze feature performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs in the AI landscape.
- Promote AI adoption across our customer base emphasizing safe and effective use.
What should you bring to the table
- 5 years of experience generating outstanding results as a product manager.
- Experience in a SaaS B2B product from a tech company.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior experience in AI product development.
- A desire to make a positive impact through technology.
- Proficiency in using user insights data and statistical analyses to inform decisions.
- Experience in qualitative discovery and user interviews with an ability to uncover counterintuitive insights.
- Confidence in collaborating assertively asking hard questions and managing up.
- A collaborative spirit with strong crossfunctional partnership and influence skills.
- Curiosity and empathy for users with an instinct for creating simple intuitive experiences.
- High skills with a track record of driving complex development processes in dynamic environments.
- High motivation with a goaloriented mindset focused on impactful outcomes beyond shipping products.
- Exceptional organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently.
