The Partner Recruitment Coordinator provides support to the Partner Recruitment & Integration Americas team and reports to the Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment Americas. The Coordinator will provide nationwide administrative support for all functions associated with the partner and counsel recruitment process in the Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support all phases of the lateral partner and counsel recruitment process for the Americas including but not limited to:
- Maintaining recruiting databases and tracking spread sheets
- Greeting candidates and ensuring video meetings launch successfully
- Coordination of inoffice and virtual interview schedules for partner and counsel candidates
- Obtaining collating and disseminating feedback
- Distribution of recruiting materials to prospective lateral candidates and internal briefing materials to interviewers
- Ensuring conflicts questionnaires and other required questionnaires are complete
- Communicate with search firms regarding candidate status and interview scheduling
- Assist with the coordination of on boarding and integration of new lateral partners/counsel including but not limited to:
- Preparing orientation schedules for US partners/counsel
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings for new partners/counsel during integration
- Generating reports
- Prepare candidate correspondence as needed
- Coordinate with other firm departments on matters relating to partner recruitment and integration efforts

- Bachelors degree required.
- Legal recruiting or law firm experience is a plus;
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including appropriate use of grammar spelling and punctuation;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external employees clients and vendors;
- Ability to work well with others at all levels and to gain the confidence of professionals at all levels;
- Strong adherence and sensitivity to confidential matters;
- Excellent organization and attentiontodetail;
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and sometimes nonstructured environment;

Core hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. including one hour for lunch. Must be flexible for overtime and work outside of normal business hours as needed.
This position is posted in multiple locations. In Washington DC. the annualized salary range for this position is $63000 to $84000 and in New York the annualized salary range is $6800 to $91000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition full time employees as well as some part time employees will be eligible for the firms fringe benefits as they currently exist.
