Job Description
- Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management Generate prospects from showroom walkins telephone inquiries
- Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications Delivery time Scooter Pricing Finance options etc
- Closing and Followup.
- KPIs
- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
- CX rating
Requirements
- Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile worked in 2W or 4W Dealership Retail preferred
- Min Qualification: 12th diploma/graduation(No ITI)
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should know 2wheeler driving Driving License is not mandatory)
Benefits
Salary: 2.4 to 2.76 ctc PF ESIC & Variables
