The RV Technician role is critical to both our service and sales operations teams. We are looking for a talented individual with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicles (RV). To be successful you must have strong attention to detail be selfmotivated and wellversed in all required maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities
Examine troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance
Perform unit repairs install parts or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers
Perform predelivery inspections reading and/or writing repair orders
Install repair replace and maintain roofs siding windows doors vents awnings floor coverings cabinets counters electrical appliances plumbing systems electrical systems propane gas systems batteries and charging systems
Use manuals to perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standards
Document work performed including diagnosis cause and correction in sufficient detail
Qualifications
2 years or more of service technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with construction electrical hitch work and brake controls
Ability to work inside or outside in a nonclimate controlled environment
Attention to detail and good handeye coordination
Strong communication skills and basic computer skills
Ability to use all necessary tools to perform job duties
Valid driver license with clean driving record
Willing to consent to background check and drug screen prior to employment

Employee must sit climb balance kneel or crouch while performing job functions
Use of hands/arms needed to handle equipment for this job
Employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 1015 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 2550 pounds
Specific vision abilities required for this job including close vision peripheral vision and depth perception
