Amazon is looking for Technical Program Managers to plan design and execute large scale programs for its customers.
Key job responsibilities
This role requires closely working with business owners and product managers across the organization to define strategy requirements and timelines as well as lead different technical teams through design delivery management and support. The role warrants a very high level of deep dive and an inherent bias for action towards solving complex problems.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on roadmaps progress risks and change control. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

The India Grocery team within India Stores is dedicated to developing innovative products aimed at capturing a significant share of the expansive grocery market in India ultimately providing customers with toptier produce at affordable prices.
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
