Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing law firm
About our Client:
We are supporting an independent law firm with offices across the North of England dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. Due to their continued growth and expansion we are seeking a talented individual to join the team in Darlington.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with a strong background in Private Client law
- Proficient in handling a wide range of private client matters including wills probate estate administration and trusts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Organised and detailoriented with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of private client matters from inception to completion
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of private client issues
- Drafting wills powers of attorney and other legal documents
- Administering estates and trusts in accordance with legal requirements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals
