Packaging & Assembly Associate
Pay: $17.00/hr

Functional Industries is seeking a dedicated Packaging & Assembly Associate to join our missiondriven team. In this role you wont just assemble and package productsyoull help us deliver excellence to our clients while supporting a nonprofit that makes a real difference.
Your Role:
- Assemble products with precision and care ensuring every detail meets our highquality standards.
- Conduct quality control with an unwavering focus on accuracy.
- Stay on schedule and meet production deadlines with a proactive organized approach.
- Maintain focus and efficiency in a dynamic teamoriented environment.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
- Attention to detail that ensures every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
- The ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Physical capability to bend twist stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability backed by a clear background check and OIG clearance and a commitment to working alongside adults with disabilities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (preferred but not required).
- One year of experience in assembly or packaging (preferred but were happy to train someone eager to learn).
