As a Project Expeditor and Coordinator based in Madrid you will act as the main point of contact with customers internal sales teams and hubs during project . In addition you will own small project process for orders with low complexity related to instrumentation transmitters and valves.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Take ownership for customers orders and handle them into the sales order processing system ensuring all data is checked and accurate.
- Lead the communication with all involved parties.
- Be the single point of contact after sales keeping customers informed of potential order issues.
- Monitor profitability and pricing uplift during and ensure that activities are carried out in line with project requirements and procedures.
- Deal with customer disputes and Trade Compliance.

You establish and maintain effective customer relationships. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You display a cando attitude in good and bad times.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience in an order handling and customer facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Understanding of project managementprinciples.
- Good knowledge of contractual and commercial aspects.
- Intermediate level of English language.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in implementation of ERP systems (Oracle highly preferred).
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
