As an international midmarket private equity firm with a 25 year topquartile track record we are looking to hire an Associate to join our fastgrowing investment team in Munich
We are a topperforming midmarket private equity firm that has been active in the European market for over 25 years. As a fully independent firm we currently manage approximately 4.0bn in AuM and have an investment mandate across BENELUX the DACH region and the U.S.. Over the course of our 5 funds our team was always able to realize topquartile returns. We typically invest in companies with an EV between 50m and 350m seeking controlling stakes with the management of the portfolio businesses as coowners. Our team supports the management of our portfolio companies in pursuing addon acquisitions exploring international growth or investing in digital transformations operational excellence or HR.
Egeria has built up a strong and growing team of investment professionals in Munich and successfully invested in multiple platform investments and addon acquisitions in the DACH region. We are now looking to bring on board an additional team member at Associate level.
Our team is young handson and dynamic and puts high emphasis on team fit and personal attitude to preserve the extremely positive and fun low hierarchy culture that has been built.
Job requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Active participation in deal origination deal and portfolio management
Focus on financial and commercial analysis models due diligence and all aspects of deal
Contribute to the ongoing management of portfolio companies driving value creation and eventually managing the exit process
YOUR PROFILE:
Top decile academic track record
13 years of work experience within a toptier strategy consultancy or investment bank
Topoftheclass research analytical and quantitative skills and education with an entrepreneurial eye
Articulate and commerciallysavvy with a strong passion for investing
Highenergy strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamplay
Nativelevel German language skills and fluency in English
