Guest Service Representative HopOn HopOff

Start Date: April 24 2025
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Wages: $19.00 per hour commission 4 vacation pay
WorkHours: WeekdaysWeekends Holidays Full time Part time roles available
Shiftwork from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Are you passionate about Vancouver speaking to new people andsharing ideas on things to do in our beautiful city With a focus on engaging informing selling and organizing guests we are looking for enthusiasticoutgoing guestoriented team members to work in downtown Vancouver and on our HopOn HopOff buses to help deliver a superior guest experience. You willbe working outside on your feet acting as a visitor ambassador hub for guests supporting our Sales Team to sell tours and attractions to guests from all over the world.
- Providing outstanding guest service building personal relationships with guests and sharing expert knowledge of local neighbourhoods and attractions
- Assisting HopOn HopOff drivers by scanning tickets on buses
- Helping guests load and unload safely and efficiently
- Selling HopOn HopOff tickets and partner attractions
- Working cooperativelywith all team members staying updated on operational changes and communicating relevant information effectively
- Professionallyaddressing guest complaints or concerns elevating to Supervisor when necessary
- Youhave previous experience working in a customer service environment
- Outgoing friendly personalitywith strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You possess passion integrity adaptability with a professional and positive attitude
- You enjoy working outdoors. This job requires standing and walking outside for extended periods of time
- You possess strong knowledge of downtown Vancouver including key attractions and experiences
- You can work a flexibleschedule and are available to work early mornings weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous tourism experience or knowledge of the industry is an asset
