About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Product Analytics in the directtoconsumer (DTC) vertical you will lead a highperforming team while remaining handson in your approach. You will work closely with Product Engineering and Lifecycle teams to define goals analyze user behavior and generate insights that influence decisionmaking and product prioritization. This role balances technical contributions with mentoring and coaching a team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and datadriven decisionmaking. Your work will have a direct impact on optimizing user experience and improving growth and acquisition efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs to define feature goals implement tracking and analyze results from experimentation to measure success.
- Lead and mentor a team of product analysts providing career development and technical guidance.
- Balance handson technical work including developing dashboards and querying data with leadership responsibilities.
- Build and execute a multiquarter roadmap for analytics ensuring alignment with product and business goals.
- Perform exploratory analyses and deep dives into large data sets to uncover actionable insights trends and opportunities across the product funnel.
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement welldefined taxonomies and ensure analysisfriendly data production.
- Foster a datadriven culture by promoting best practices in experimentation causal inference and storytelling through data.
- Present findings and recommendations to executives and crossfunctional stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8 years of experience in data analysis data science or a related field with a focus on product analytics.
- 3 years of experience as a people manager with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams.
- Expert knowledge of SQL.
- Strong expertise with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Amplitude) and a scripting language such as Python or R (preferred).
- Proven track record of designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying experimentation best practices.
- Experience with statistical methods such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Ability to balance handson technical contributions with leadership responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present insights and recommendations to various audiences including executives.
