Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Python code.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the use of best practices.
- Contribute to the documentation of software design and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g. Django Flask).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with thirdparty services.
- Solid understanding of databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Ability to write clean maintainable code and follow best coding practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g. React Angular) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
