- D2C or marketplace operational knowledge is required.
- Responsible for creating the product listings and maintaining the eCommerce site
- Managed affiliate marketing
- Monitoring of competition strategies daily such as products and combos consumer offers (discounts bank offers coupons) and so on.
- Operational challenges and resolution of the same i.e Logistics IT Warehousing etc
- Interaction with the Agency in relation to troubleshooting for tech follow up for new development new upload or existing changes in the listing etc
- Daytoday monitoring of Wigzoremarketing tools and working on the database of addtocart and card abandonment etc
- Monitoring of chat support system and functionality
- CRM requirements and their fulfillment.
