ABOUT THE ROLE
Heres what youll be doing:
- Lead and scale a highperforming global sales team focused on longtail partners ensuring consistent revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Design implement and continuously improve scalable sales processes to drive efficiency performance and revenue at scale.
- Manage and coach a team of junior sales professionals instilling a highperformance culture and pushing the team to exceed individual and collective targets.
- Build the structure tools and workflows needed to support a scalable sales functionfrom lead generation to closing and retention.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Operations Product etc. to refine the value proposition for longtail partners and ensure a compelling market fit.
- Own and drive global strategy for scaled sales initiatives with a datadriven approach to market segmentation prioritization and expansion.
- Actively participate in key partner pitches and negotiations to support junior sellers and ensure consistency in messaging and delivery.
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Stay on top of industry trends competitor strategies and innovation opportunities to keep the team one step ahead.
- Serve as a cultural and strategic leader within the revenue organization fostering collaboration accountability and a bias toward action.
ABOUT YOU
Heres what you should bring to the table:
- 8 years of experience in sales leadership including experience leading and scaling global or regional teams focused on longtail accounts or SMB segments.
- Proven ability to build manage and inspire highperforming sales teams particularly in fastpaced highgrowth tech environments.
- Experience designing and executing scalable sales processes including pipeline management segmentation strategies and performance tracking.
- Strong coaching mentality; you are passionate about developing junior talent and have a track record of lifting teams to hit ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of SaaS marketplaces or techenabled platforms; able to define and refine compelling value propositions.
- International mindset and global experiencecomfortable working across time zones cultures and markets.
- Bilingual fluency required (English native level at least one additional language).
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) sales automation tools and a strong grasp of analytics for performance improvement.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a handson approachyoure just as comfortable setting direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to close a deal.
