As a Logistics Account Executive youll be the single point of contact between Customers and and Carriers that youre expected to acquire and manage a Book of Business for each customers transportation needs 24/7/365. Position: Logistics Account Executive
Location: Onsite Chicago
Status: FullTime
Base Salary: TBD Unmatched & Uncapped commission at 25 & 35

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.
- Proactively make 75 daily calls to find close and establish growing relationships with customers to build your book of business from the ground up.
- Negotiate with shippers and carriers to manage daily shipments to ensure pickup and delivery is on time 24/7/365.
What We Need From You
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent negotiation communication and customer service skills.
- Be on time 7:00 AM
- Be high energy and have a positive attitude.
- Have a strong work ethic stronger than anyone you know.
- Be Coachable.
- Organizational and timemanagement skills.
- A college degree is preferred but not necessary to be a successful sales representative.
- The determination to build your book of business by being harder working and more disciplined than anyone you know.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be agile and handle conflict professionally.
- Logistics Sales experience is preferred but optional to be a successful sales representative.
- An obsession for success order and great customer service.
