WHAT DOES A PARTS MANAGER DO
As part of the parts team theParts Manageris responsible for the efficient management and direction of all aspects of the parts department operations in a professional manner which ensures maximum profitability for the dealership. Coordinate activities and cooperate with all departments to best serve the needs of the client.
- Manage all aspects of the training performance management and strategy for ongoing learning of parts personnel
- Merchandise and advertise effectively and within budget
- Proactively pursue parts sales inside and outside the dealership. Create a monthly sales action plan and document efforts
- Maximize gross margin dollars for the department
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction by maintaining top quality service

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US
- 5 years in a leadership role would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Customer service in a sales and service capacity/environment
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and creation of annual budgets
- Strong Computer skills Microsoft Word Excel web browsing
- Ability to travel 23 times per year to Company and Vendor Training sessions
- Valid drivers license with a clean abstract
