Job Description
Are you an experienced automotive technician with a passion for luxury vehicles Bentley Maserati Jacksonville a leading name in luxury automotive service and a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to deliver toptier service and maintain the impeccable standards of our elite brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Bentley and Maserati vehicles addressing both mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintenance Services: Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes brake services and tire rotations.
Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair needs and recommendations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards following manufacturer guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of services performed parts used and vehicle conditions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as an automotive technician with specific experience in luxury or highperformance vehicles preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. ASE) are highly desirable.
Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Knowledge: Indepth understanding of automotive systems repairs and maintenance procedures.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers clearly.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
DetailOriented: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to highquality workmanship.
