ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client one of the largest BPO companies is looking for Danish Speaking Customer Care Representatives!
Companys HQ: Athens
Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece
You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.
What you will do:
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat giving prompt answers to customer questions.
More specifically:
Provide assistance resolve complaints answer questions in the best interest of the customers.
Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Native or nearnative Danish speakers
Fluency in English
Clear Communication Skills
Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
Enthusiastic patient empathetic multitasking and communicative
