KI2508 Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)
Valencia (Spain) Teilzeit / VollzeitYour tasks are
- Project management and control of challengingconstruction projects
- Organization structuring and coordination of planning processes taking into account costs deadlines and quality
- Contract and risk management of challenging construction projects
- Interface management between clients investors and users
- Project organization and coordination
Job requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering architecture orcommercial
- Experience with permission processes and also in project management for Technical Building Equipment (clean & dry rooms ME installation and / or fire protection systems)
- Business fluent in english and business fluent in spanish
- Approx. 27 years of professional experience ideally in clean & dry rooms construction and ME installation and commissioning
orin fire protection systems installation and commissioning - Knowledge of MS Office MS Project
- Professional experience with monument preservation and project coordination
- Willingness to work in international locations worldwide
