THE ROLE We are seeking a Compliance Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The Compliance Manager will liaise with various stakeholders and support the DACH region on different aspects of pharma regulations. The Compliance Manager will report to the Head of Compliance. German is essential for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze engagements with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs).
Ensure all engagements comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these engagements to maintain compliance standards.
Assess fair market value and hours of engagement for HCPs HCOs and PAGs.
Develop and maintain fair market value benchmarks to ensure consistent and equitable engagements.
Provide guidance on appropriate compensation for services rendered by HCPs HCOs and PAGs.
Advise the business on compliance matters ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements.
Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical codes and industry best practices.
Support the business in navigating complex compliance issues and developing compliant strategies.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree or equivalent qualification in Economics Law or a related field
Several years of relevant professional experience in Compliance with a focus on pharmaceutical regulations and codes
Experience ideally gained within a pharmaceutical company
Excellent drafting and communication skills with keen attention to detail
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
Ideally experience with pharmaceutical codes and pharma regulations in Germany.
Understanding of the compliance landscape within the DACH region
