Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detailoriented CPA or experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background experience in financial services and a strategic mindset to help manage investor portfolios and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage bookkeeping reconciliations and general accounting functions.
- Handle investor portfolio management and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive financial strategy and longterm planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax filings.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or financial services.
- Strong understanding of GAAP tax regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Excel and financial management software.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ambition to grow into a CFO role.
Salary: $90K$140K (Based on Experience)
