Key Responsibilities
VMware Administration
- Design deploy and manage VMware vSphere ESXi hosts vCenter Server and VVOLS.
- Monitor system performance scalability and resource allocation.
- Implement VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) for disaster recovery.
- Perform patching upgrades and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve virtualization issues.
Mitel Unified Communications
- Configure and maintain Mitel MiVoice Business MiCollab and MiContact Center.
- Manage call routing PBX setup SIP trunks and voicemail systems.
- Integrate Mitel with VMware environments and thirdparty applications.
- Provide enduser support and training on Mitel systems.
System Security & Optimization
- Monitor system health uptime and performance.
- Maintain data security and compliance best practices.
- Implement automation using PowerShell or Python for system administration.
