2. 1st Class OR 2nd Class Certificate required
Job Description :
1. Experience of field & desk operating of Coal Fired & Cement WHRs boilers. Steam turbine during normal &emergency time safe startup & stoppage of plant like to come in round the clock shifts.
2. Sound knowledge in CFBC & WHRS boilers field operation Steam turbines water chemistry and material handling system (Ash and coal handling plant) such as Bed ash cooler Fly ash silo Chemical dosing CW system operation.
3. Awareness about WCM ISO SOPs SMPs & UTCL rolled out /revised Safety standards.
4. Knowledge to collect performance parameters Shift log sheet and supporting team to improve projects
5. Aware about specific KPI for improving performance of Boilers & Turbine. Boiler annual inspection preparedness.
6. Shift duty operation Good coordination shift team members hand over take over & cross function team member
7. Ensuring 100 compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to TPP WHRS.
8.Internal Energy audit and cost optimization at plant level. Review of operational strategy and philosophy as per instruction of superior
