Your opportunity
Mission Australia is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to work closely with leaders across our Corporate (National Office) and Housing portfolios. In this key role youll provide strategic and operational advice on peoplerelated matters including workforce planning performance management leadership development and change management initiatives.
As a trusted advisor you will support leaders in navigating complex HR and employee relations matters with the aim of developing a positive and engaged workplace culture. Youll also play a vital role in shaping HR strategies that align with business objectives while helping to build leadership capability across the organisation.
