Your Contribution:
- You motivate and inspire your team by supporting and promoting them to enable both professional and personal development.
- You plan monitor and control testing projects manage resources effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- You communicate clearly precisely and effectively with team members stakeholders and other departments to report on team progress and issues and provide constructive feedback.
- You analyze data identify trends and patterns in test results and product quality and draw conclusions to continuously improve software quality.
What you bring along:
- You have a deep understanding of software development processes and life cycles as well as QA methodologies testing strategies and frameworks (preferably ISTQB certified).
- You have experience with test automation tools and scripts (such as Eggplant Selenium JUnit TestNG) and are familiar with defect management and test case management systems (e.g. JIRA TestRail).
- You possess strong leadership qualities including the ability to hire train and evaluate employee performance as well as decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- You are willing to continuously educate yourself and stay uptodate with technology and best practices demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
