Dutch Customer Support Agent
Cape Town
R27500 Per Month
Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM)
Location: Woodstock Cape Town (Hybrid 3 days at the office and 2 days at home)

The client is looking for a Dutchspeaking Customer Support Agent to represent a prestigious global tech client. The successful candidate will handle customer queries in Dutch across various channels providing highquality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Permission to work in South Africa is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound customer queries via phone email and chat in Dutch
- Delivering accurate information and problemsolving support
- Ensuring professional empathetic communication at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet service targets
