- Opens the spa and ensures the ambiance schedule and team are prepared and ready to provide our guests with an exceptional experience
- Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
- Supports the therapists to ensure that each guest is comfortable and onschedule for their treatments
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door helping them have a seamless experience
- Ensures a positive consistent guest experience and strives to exceed our guests expectations
- Checks out guests and performs closeout reports at the end of the day
- Rocks sales numbers by providing gift card and retail recommendations and sales
- Supports the general manager and serves as back up as needed
