Job Description
Our client in Orlando Florida is looking for their nextpresuit case manager with at least three years of prelitigation experience in their Plaintiffs Personal Injury prelitigation setting.
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Orlando Florida. The ideal candidate should be capable of overseeing 120 presuit personal injury files and possessing extensive experience with personal injury case management software. Key responsibilities include requesting medical records insurance limits and compiling medical bill summaries as well as preparing closing documents such as settlement statements/HUDs/CDs. A high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues is essential along with the ability to maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with all clients. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction are a must for this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- You are great with people (not just good). You can easily sympathize with them and you are good at navigating tricky social situations tactfully.
- You can keep your cool when someone else is freaking out.
- You would enjoy answering the phone every time it rings. Its never an interruption to you; its an opportunity.
- You are Internet and technology literate and you would feel comfortable learning new systems.
- You can check your baggage at the door. Basically youre capable of coming into work without bringing outside drama in with you.
Pay:
- $40000.00 $65000.00 per year
