BUSINESS FUNCTION:IT
GRADE: ML1/SB1
SALARY: Circa37000 per annum
ROLE TYPE: Hybrid
LOCATION: York 2 days per week with an expectation to travel to Leeds or Manchester when required.

Were looking for an experienced IT Test Analyst to play a key role in ensuring our systems and applications are robust reliable and meet business requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to work on major projects collaborate with crossfunctional teams and apply best testing practices to ensure seamless deployment into live environments.

What youll be doing:

  • Define and execute test scenarios scripts and reports ensuring highquality testing documentation.
  • Provide testing expertise across functional system integration regression and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers and key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Support live issue resolution root cause analysis and ongoing system improvements.
  • Ensure all testing aligns with quality standards with zero critical defects before golive.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Test Analyst working closely with Developers Product Specialists and Project Managers.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies tools and best practices including Gherkin Syntax.
  • Experience testing applications with multiple interfaces APIs and automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Cypress.
  • Proficiency in Agile environments (Scrum Kanban TDD) with experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present findings effectively.
