Job Description
1. Financial Reporting:
- Overseeing the financial operations of the organization ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting managing the accounting team and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance (direct & indirect taxes) with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare financial forecasts to support decisionmaking.
- Review daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
- Review the GST TDS & Tax compliances and returns with statutes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives.
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks auditors vendors and customers.
