About the Role:
As a Digital Content Developer and Curator you will design and deliver outcomefocused eLearning and certifications that empower our partners to position sell and implement Boomi solutions. This role blends creative content development LMS/Partner Portal management and datadriven insights to ensure our learning content makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging eLearning solutions and certifications for partner enablement.
Create curate and manage digital content using authoring tools LMS and partner portals.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to align learning content with business needs.
Analyze content performance and generate actionable insights and reports.
Continuously improve learning assets based on feedback and data.
What Were Looking For:
35 years of experience in instructional design eLearning or content development for global audiences.
Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate Rise Captivate Camtasia etc. and LMS platforms.
Strong instructional design multimedia and content curation skills.
Analytical mindset to measure content impact (Excel Power BI).
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in global teams.
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Communication or related fields.
