About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to specialize in hiring Product Lifecycle Team Managers who will drive product development growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies stakeholder management and experience recruiting for mid to seniorlevel roles in product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the fullcycle recruitment process for Product Lifecycle Team Manager positions from sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn job portals referrals networking) to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls assess candidates for role suitability and manage interview processes efficiently.
Offer Negotiation: Handle offer discussions ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.
Market Insights: Stay updated on hiring trends compensation benchmarks and competitor insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
ATS & Recruitment Metrics: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on key hiring metrics.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on hiring Product Lifecycle Product Management or Operations roles.
Strong experience in technical & nontechnical hiring preferably in SaaS IT or productbased industries.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
Proficiency in using ATS tools LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for sourcing.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience hiring for product management or operations roles within a technologydriven company.
Understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and related functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Lifecycle Team Manager roles. Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
