Day to day responsibilities:
Work on a variety of sellside buyside and fundraising transactions from initial client pitches through to transaction closing
Ensure quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail
Communicate financial and regulatory information and complex strategic issues in a clear concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decisionmakers in corporate finance transactions
Mentor and develop staff associates and analysts
Ability to market services both to internal partners and external clients develop client networks and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit
Essential Traits:
Minimum of 5 years experience at a bulge bracket reputable boutique or corporate finance advisory firm with demonstrable M&A experience
Domain expertise across key subsectors of technology and technologyenabled services
Demonstrated experience with managing day to day aspects of client relationships transactions and projects
Strong desire to be involved in originating work within the technology and technologyenabled services sector and networking to help build on the firms strong sector franchise
Ability to make effective decisions by analysing information and considering priorities
Dedication to teamwork demonstrated leadership potential and strong personal integrity
Ability to prioritise tasks work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
Demonstrated track record of superior academic and career performance; demonstrated commitment to outstanding results
Flexibility to travel as needed
