About the Role
As the Workplace Experience Lead youll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across Sportsbets four office locations in Melbourne Sydney Darwin and the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our Workplace Experience Strategy driving innovation in our spaces and ensuring we continue to meet our compliance obligations related to HSE Sustainability and Security.
Youll lead efforts to improve operational efficiency enhance employee experiences and modernise office layouts integrating hybrid work models and collaboration spaces. Additionally youll manage space planning and utilisation using data to plan for future growth and maximise office efficiency.
In this role youll oversee physical security ensuring a safe environment for our people while also leading sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. Youll work closely with key internal stakeholders including People & Culture and Procurement as well as external vendors to ensure we meet compliance and operational standards.
As the leader of the Workplace Experience team youll foster a culture of innovation and collaboration ensuring that Sportsbets offices are dynamic compliant and employeecentric spaces that support our evolving needs and truly reflect our culture.

- Skilled in analysing employee data and feedback to improve workplace experiences.
