Amyx is seeking a Workforce Analyst that will implement innovative strategies and solutions to redefine how the DOE NNSA Office of the Chief Information Officer identifies attracts and retains top talent. The role requires cultivating external partnerships assisting in workforce program management conducting comprehensive workforce analysis and developing actionable staffing plans. Additionally the Workforce Analyst will produce insightful reports and dashboards to drive datadriven decisionmaking and organizational improvement.

Physical Demands
