Job Details:
Building relationships with other departments to identify new and innovative ways to optimise policy wording.
Delivering changes to any of our Underwriting levers to improve profitability.
Act as a referral point for indemnity queries ensuring decisions align with company guidelines.
Reviewing underwriting related complaints to identify trends root causes and opportunities for improvement ensuring fair customer outcomes while maintaining business objectives
Support in defining and implementing the mid to long term technical underwriting strategy for new and existing segments.
Owning and sharing your ideas at an executive level making real change.
Skills we would love you to have:
Comfortable and confident working with ambiguity can break down technical issues logically and can make recommendations that they can explain clearly.
Technical underwriting knowledge and experiences that they can bring to help us shape and improve how we underwrite home risks.
Use initiative be accountable and honest for the approaches you take to the people who are looking to you and most importantly be passionate about the work you do.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
