We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Solutions Consulting to lead our presales team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by aligning our technical expertise with customer needs ensuring successful solution adoption and positioning our products as the optimal choice for potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions excellent leadership capabilities and a strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Solutions Consulting team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize presales engagements ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Partner with Sales Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to create compelling value propositions and solution demonstrations.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of highquality technical presentations proofs of concept and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Engage with key clients to understand business challenges and articulate how our solutions can drive value and transformation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in presales processes methodologies and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer insights and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of presales engagements and regularly report on performance to executive leadership.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary training tools and resources to excel in their roles.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in solutions consulting presales or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading highperforming presales or solutions consulting teams.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise software SaaS cloud computing or other relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing largescale solution engagements.
  • Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce Gong etc..

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive performancebased compensation programs.

The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $160000 $215000 per year.

Variable Compensation: In addition to the base salary this role is also eligible for a variable bonus. This operates a 70/30 split.
