Job Title: Team Manager Adults INT
Location: Manchester City Council
Rate: 40 per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join the Adults INT (Intermediate Care) Team in Manchester.
What will your responsibilities be
As a Team Manager you will provide strong leadership and direction ensuring that team members are motivated and effectively managed to maintain continuous improvement in service delivery. You will offer professional consultation support and guidance to assist team members in their decisionmaking processes while also having the authority to approve case management decisions. Additionally you will be responsible for managing safeguarding risks and ensuring quality assurance within an agreed framework of policies procedures and statutory responsibilities in a multiprofessional environment.

To be successful in this role you must have proven leadership experience within adult social care along with a strong understanding of safeguarding policies quality assurance and statutory responsibilities. You should be able to effectively manage risk provide guidance to staff and drive continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication decisionmaking and performance management skills are essential to succeed in this role.
