- Base salary $225k$235k productivity bonus....most providers make over $300k

About this role: Family Medicine Physician
- Position is open due to a retiring physician
- 4 Day workweek possible
- 2024 patients per day average
- Joining a team of 4 1 NP 1 IM 1 Peds and 1 Behavioral)
- Call: 1:12 or better. Backup call to nurse triage service averaging 1 weekday every 23 weeks and one weekend every 23 months
- Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
- Teaching opportunity if desired . Medical students residents NP/PA academic options.
Background Desired: Family Medicine Physician
- MD/DO
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- IN Licensed or in Process
- J1 and H1B accepted
