Overview
Diversicare of Council Grove would like to invite you to join us for a WalkUp Interview Event and Job Fair from 10 am 6 pm on Tuesday April 15th 2025!
We will be conducting interviews and hiring same day for qualified applicants.
We will be hiring for these positions:
RN
LVN/LPN
CNA
CMA
Nurse Aide in Training
Please bring the following items with you:
1. Resume (If you are unable to bring a resume you can complete an application onsite to summarize your work history and qualifications.
2. Drivers License or State ID
3. Social Security Card (If you do not currently have a social security card we will help you order a new one online.
4. Direct Deposit Information (Pay cards are available for those that do not want to sign up for direct deposit.

Responsibilities
The key accountabilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant are:
- Works as a team member to provide excellent daily care for the patients and residents we serve
- Provides safe bedside care and assistance delivered with integrity and compassion
- Communicates effectively to both patient/resident and nursing team members to ensure confidence and provide consistent care
- Builds serving relationships with patients/residents family members and other team members
- Champion of quality care and quality of life advocate for the customer experience
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Long term care experience preferred
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and write and accurately report
