With a strong commitment to digital transformation and operational efficiency they are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis team at their Head Office.
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for finance trading and ERP systems This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to gain handson experience and develop expertise in business analysis techniques ERP systems and financerelated training. Youll be responsible for identifying business requirements supporting ERP users testing system modifications and contributing to process optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data problemsolving and enhancing business processes through technology. With extensive training and exposure to multiple functions you will be instrumental in improving financial and trading system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive advanced training in key Business Analysis techniques.
- Gather validate and document business finance and accountingrelated requirements.
- Develop use cases and process documentation to articulate business requirements.
- Assist with ERP system support for K8 and Syspro users.
- Provide remote and onsite assistance to system users and manage helpdesk calls.
- Support system modifications User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA processes.
- Facilitate financerelated training sessions and develop training materials.
- Track and resolve ERPrelated issues ensuring proper documentation and escalation.
- Identify risks associated with business analysis work packages and ensure risk mitigation.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment contributing to project assessments and meetings.
Key Requirements:
MustHaves:
- Grade 12 Certificate (Matric).
- Degree/Diploma in Information Systems Business Analysis or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with financial information systems.
- Strong familiarity with computerbased systems and business process documentation.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office ERP software etc..
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to company branches as required.
NicetoHaves:
- Exposure to ERP systems (K8 Syspro or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with retail wholesale and manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of financial workflows and trading processes.
- Experience with system testing risk documentation and issue resolution.
